The center is rectangle in shape, 130 meters long, 24 meters wide was completed speedily between April and November by open-cut method(not adopted in Japan) and now is managed by joint venture with a local enterprise, the through employee education, adoption of Japanese-way manners for customers and customer-first principle have marked the Center to be in successful condition.

In August 2007, the center was reformed from ｢I｣ style to ｢L｣ style, expanded to 13,000 square meters to have more than 100 meters along the Center arcade.
It is also the biggest ladies’ fashion mole having the widest sales room in the District and now has established the brand ‘Tatsuno Meihin(fine article) Center’.

Further, in 2011 we opened the department store ‘Tatsuno Meihin Center’, which is the same size as the above Center, in Korla, the second largest city of Uyghur.

The reused energy-economizing act asking every enterprise for a report on controlling energy consumption was wholly enforced from April 2010.
We are named as a specified enterprise to be assigned duty to the above.

To reduct energy consumption we are trying to replace a part of lighting in Osaka Head Office to LED, to use film cutting off heat(eco-shield) tentatively, for windows, which bring both sunny inflow in Summer and hot air outflow in winter under control to effect air conditioning, at present we are studying heat-tight coating materials (Ceramic cover) and coping with renewable energy by solar light generator used for residences, also we are delivering a guide – book to our tenants to set eco-office and educating the maintenance dealers positively to recognize reduction of load on environment.
