So originally plans and developes the owned properties(by Tatsuno & its group companies) mainly located in the city of Osaka that does PM(Property Management), BM(Building Management)business including leasing them.

Has the following plans:
building for office,residential and commercial use,distribution center,delivery station and parking lots.
In recent years,raises private funds applying owned properties to make efficient use.
Also,doing voluntarily Corporate Social Responsibility works.
From now on,supports customers' activities for practical use ,expected by the spirit of the times,of real estate and building management,using our know-how got through developing owned properties as an owner company of buildings efficiently.

Doing business as a total construction of architecture(including steel-house),proposing ideas for efficient use of real estate and broking.

Architecture: Contract construction of office building,hotel,apartment house, sport facilities. Consulting and assisting in plan,execution and management.	House: steel-house,customary wooden house

Started in October,2004,opened in Senri-Banpaku Park and managed by us.

Doing efforts to contribute to supporting aged people for health and self-reliance,presenting exchange and communication over the three-generations.
