is founded in Kitahorie, Osaka, as a trading company specializing in textiles and related goods.
tatsuno corporation is established,
and a Tokyo office opens later that year.
Merges with its affiliated textile company, Tatsuno Textile Industries.
Expands into warehousing and parking facilities.
Brings Nippon Concrete-Kogyo Ltd. (now Nichiko Ltd.),
into the group, expanding into infrastructure-related business.
Establishes the Real Estate Management Division to strengthen the management and use of company-owned properties.
Launches the Electrical Materials Division to supply materials
for power transmission and distribution infrastructure to electric utilities across Japan.

in Willich, Germany.
