Tatsuno Begins Major Renovation of Common Areas at Tatsuno Shin-Osaka Building and Renames the Property “ReTerra Shin-Osaka”

Tatsuno Corporation has begun a major renovation of the common areas at Tatsuno Shin-Osaka Building in Yodogawa-ku, Osaka, with the aim of creating a regenerative office building that brings regenerative value into everyday experience.

Completed in March 1988, the building is undergoing its first major renovation. The project is scheduled for completion in December 2025. Alongside enhancing the building’s core functions and the functionality of its design, the renovation will transform the property into a place where Tatsuno’s approach to regeneration can be experienced and shared.

The building has also been renamed ReTerra Shin-Osaka.

By making effective use of existing building stock, Tatsuno continues to explore ways of creating a regenerative relationship between people and the planet, working toward a future in which both can flourish.
